Freemind Share provides online storage, file sharing for your Freemind maps

Freemind Share is a new website that enables users of the popular Freemind open-source mind mapping software program to store and share their visual maps online. Currently in beta testing, Freemind Share makes it easy for you to upload a map, add a title and description to it, and assign one of four levels of access to it. The upload page also includes the file URL that it has assigned to your map, which consists of the freemindshare.com domain plus a set of alphanumeric characters. The whole process can be done in less than a minute, and is very well designed.

The 4 levels of file access that this service provides are:

Public - Open access to everyone, plus your map is listed on the Freemind Share home page and in its public file catalog.

Red List - This level of access provides open access for anyone who knows the map's URL, but doesn't display it in the Freemind Share file catalog. This level of sharing could be quite useful if you want to provide unrestricted (no login) access to a map to a handful of people, and plan to e-mail them the map's URL.

Private - Only you can access your Freemind files, using your personal site login. Great for backup file storage, or if you need to access your Freemind maps from anywhere.

Protected - File access is granted for anyone who has a password that you create. More secure than Red List.
