XMIND, developed by Mango Software of Beijing, China, is one of the newest entrants in the field of mind mapping software. And it aims to be one of the best, if XMIND 2008 Pro is any indication. the first thing i noticed about xmind is that it seems to be a near copy of mindjet mindmanager. is this legal?

We've been testing it at work and it is really good, they need to bring out a version that sits online though.
